In todays episode we rebuild the 6 speed ty856wb6ca. The parts arrived from Japan so we are all go. Points to note : When using the revised 3rd & 4th sleeve and hub assembly, please make sure to use the revised insert shifting clips with the double tabs, (the revised part number is : 32613AA051) and NOT the older : 32613AA050 clips with the single tabs as shown in their video. This is an error in this video and meant I couldn’t actually use the new 3rd & 4th sleeve and hub. Part numbers of everything used are as follows: 32254AA460 - 3rd & 4th Driven H gear (output) 806245020 - ball bearing (output shaft) 802645010 - lock nut (55mm output shaft) 32275AA550 - 3rd Gear input shaft (revised 4 pin) 32650AA160 - 3rd gear synchro set (revised 4 pin) 32605AA310 - 3rd & 4th selector sleeve and hub (revised, please see above regarding clips) 806440020 - needle bearing 4th gear input shaft 32276AA260 - 4th gear input shaft 806440020 - needle bearing 5th gear input shaft 32629AA000 - carbon 2008+ 4th/5th/6th baulk ring 802628030 - locking nut (38mm input shaft) 806735210 - prop shaft seal transfer case 806735290 - Lh driveshaft seal 806735300 - Rh driveshaft seal
