Promote the charms of Korea! NINE.i, a rising idol group and representative of Generation MZ, is given a mission! Create a short form production diary at tourist sites! After watching popular short forms presented on social media, they must personally visit the featured sites, and eat, feel, and experience the things offered there to create short forms exclusive to NINE.i. The members of NINE.i are divided into two teams, with Episode 1 taking place in Seoul, the capital of Korea, with members Taehun, Eden, Seowon, and Vari, and Episode 2 based in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do Province and Yesan, Chungcheongnam-do Province with members Jewon, Minjun, Vahn, Joohyoung, and Jiho, where they travel around uniquely charming traditional markets, must-visit regional landmarks, and tourist attractions to gain inspiration for their short forms befitting the distinctive ideas of Generation MZ. In Episode 2, NINE.i visited Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do Province and Yesan, Chungcheongnam-do Province in search of things to see, enjoy, and eat. The first location they visited in Gunsan was Gunsan Malaengi Village. It is where Japanese people settled in today’s Japanese house area from the 1930s-40s and formed a village, and has recently become home to artist residences and exhibition halls. NINE.i looked at the charming murals and shared childhood memories in the Memory Exhibition Hall before producing short forms. Their next destination was Gunsan Public Market, the first traditional market in Korea to have air conditioning and heating, a moving walk, elevators, a toddler playroom, a parking lot, and a female training center in the style of a major supermarket. They taste spicy glass noodles and banquet noodles there, additionally to buying old-fashioned snacks to have fun. NINE.i’s short yet impressive performance also took place there. After having a great time in Gunsan, NINE.i traveled to Yesan, Chungcheongnam-do Province to visit Yesan Permanent Market. Yesan Permanent Market is where Yesan-born entrepreneur Paik Jong-won promoted a Yesan-style old downtown area coexistence project under mutual cooperation with his own company. Such news quickly spread throughout social media and the spot became the hottest must-visit location. Prior to the actual visit, NINE.i members had already decided on the food items they wanted to try. They got divided into two teams to personally buy and enjoy the hearty meals, and headed to Yedangho Lake, Yesan’s landmark. Yedangho Lake, the largest reservoir in Korea, was designated as a national tourist area in 1986, and was developed as Yesan’s representative tourist site. NINE.i walked along the longest suspension bridge in Korea, enjoyed the night views of Yedangho Lake, and danced along to the music fountain’s tunes. '나인아이'는 멤버들을 두 팀으로 나눠 1편은 대한민국 수도 서울에서 태훈, 이든, 서원, 베리가, 2편은 전라북도 군산과 충청남도 예산에서 제원, 민준, 반, 주형, 지호가 전통시장이 가진 고유의 매력과 지역에서 빼놓을 수 없는 랜드마크, 관광지까지 여행하며 MZ세대만의 톡톡 튀는 아이디어로 숏츠를 제작하는데... 2편은 전라북도 군산과 충청남도 예산의 볼거리, 즐길거리, 먹거리를 찾아 '나인아이'가 다녀왔는데...먼저 전라북도 군산에서 '나인아이'가 처음 방문한 곳은 군산말랭이마을이다. 군산말랭이마을은 현재의 일본식 가옥 일대에 1930~40년대 무렵부터 일본인들이 집을 짓고 살았으며, 6.25전쟁 시기 피란민이 지금의 해망동, 신흥동 등지에 터를 잡고 살며 마을이 형성된 곳으로, 현재 예술인 레지던스와 전시관이 구성되어 주민과 예술가들이 함께 살고 있다. '나인아이'는 아기자기 벽화를 구경하고, 추억 전시관에서 어린 시절 추억이야기를 나누며 숏츠를 제작했다. 이어 찾은 군산공설시장은 전국 최초로 전통시장 내에 냉난방시설과 무빙워크, 엘리베이터, 유아 놀이방, 주차장, 여성 교육장 등 대형마트와 같은 편의시설을 갖춘 마트형 전통시장으로 변모한 곳인데... 매운 잡채와 잔치국수 등 대표 음식을 맛보고, 추억의 과자를 한가득 사며 즐거운 시간을 보냈다. '나인아이'만의 짧지만 강력한 깜짝 공연이 펼쳐지기도 했다는 후문이다. 군산에서 즐거운 시간을 보낸 '나인아이'는 충청남도 예산으로 이동하여 예산상설시장을 찾았다. 예산상설시장은 예산 출신 백종원이 본인의 회사를 통해 예산군과 상호 협약하여 예산형 구도심 지역 상생 프로젝트를 추진! SNS를 통해 빠르게 퍼지며 핫플레이스가 됐다. '나인아이' 멤버들은 예산상설시장을 방문하기 전부터 미리 먹고 싶은 음식을 찜해두며 기대를 했다는데... 두 팀으로 나눠 먹고 싶은 음식들을 직접 사와서 든든히 배를 채우고, 예산의 랜드마크, 예당호를 찾았다. 예당호는 우리나라에서 가장 큰 저수지로, 1986년 국민광지로 지정, 개발된 예산의 대표 관광지인데... '나인아이'는 우리나라에서 가장 긴 출렁다리를 넘으며, 예당호의 야경을 즐겼으며, 음악 분수에 맞춰 끼를 발산하는 시간을 가졌다.
