In 1980 – the former association, now a charity) registered the “village green” as a “playing field” – this comes with a standard PSPO and until the Association deregister the “playing field” and reregister it as a “village green” – what it actually is – nil can be done. The PSPO can’t be challenged until 2026 when reassessed.
