The story is as follows; Spooky has being freed from the convines of the cursed prison underneath the golden fruit tree and is planning to use the golden fruit to get rid of the Pac-People forever. Pac-Land is in serious danger, the fruit is in the hands of the devious ghosts and Spooky's on the loose again. It's up to Pac-Man to retrive the golden fruit and defeat Spooky or all of Pac-Land will be doomed.
