Wolfgang Krauser 26:03 Ending Joe Higashi was one of the main characters in the first Fatal Fury game. He is a champion of Muy Thai and a friend to the Bogard. From Japan, Joe travelled to Thailand to master his fighting skills. In the first tournament, he encounters Haw Jai, an opponent he fought and won against in a Muy Thai sanctioned tournament. The two meet up again and Joe got the upper hand once again. However, Hwa and him became friends as he accepts his defeat against him. In the second tournament, Joe learns about Hwa being unexpectedly attacked and beaten by Wolfgang Krauser during his search for Geese. Thus, he enters the tournament to find and defeat the man in question. Joe is a character with multiple button input. His Slash Kick is his charge move that allows him to rush to his opponent. The Tiger Kick is his anti air technique and the Hurricane Upper is a large projectile that must be blocked or jumped over to avoid it. Lastly, he has a string of punches that he can perform when tapping the punch button close to the opponent. When low on health, the Screw Upper is his desperation technique, a powerful and long tornado that is a stronger version of his Hurricane Upper technique.
