Quick and easy Shrimp Alfredo

300 grams linguine/spaghetti/pasta of choice Cook as stated on package 12 large shrimp/prawns Rinse and pat dry Add 1/2 tsp salt or salt to taste 1/4 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp black pepper Mix well Add 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil to a pan Fry off shrimp/prawns 2 mins each side Remove from pan Add 2 tablespoons butter 3/4 medium onion chopped finely 2 large cloves garlic chopped finely 1/3 cup mixed together Chardonnay/ Pinot Grigio wine Or 1/3 cup cooking wine 2 cups cooking cream 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan Salt to taste 1/4 or to taste tsp black pepper 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes 3 tablespoons chopped parsley Swap shrimp/prawn for chicken breast. Slice 200 grams skinless chicken breast. Slice thinly and season like the shrimp. Grill on both sides, set aside and add to the pasta.
