  / vgmediawork   "Serendipity" was the topic for the short film fest at Goa conducted by Channel V. We were given the topic a day in advance and had to shoot at the venue. It was a mad rush when the organizers announced that the shoot had to be restricted to the Venue and a beach nearby. All our previous plans failed and then we came up with this. Shot with the Canon EOS 550d, edited on a mac (FCP), Used a skateboard and a tripod for a dolly shot but failed miserably. NO audio equipment was used except the on board camera mic and the mike from the laptop for the voice over. The whole thing with the titles was wrapped up under 20 hours. It won the second place. The team is really proud of this short and we aim higher this year but the whole Goa experience was amazing. It will be remembered forever.
