So first I want to show you Guys my track record ( so you know you are not alone ) -My entire life has been yoyo, I go up in weight and I go down weight and the cycle repeats -I got from tearing my pants and not being able to fit shirts to buying new ones to wearing the old ones -I never ever ever have felt comfortable taking my shirt of a beach or a pool Here is the evidence -Starting from July 10th of 2019 to July 1st of 2022 -My life was a yoyo and at certain point I got tired of bring it back up -But then I found a plan that helped me and my entire life changed 2. What Did I actually do to lose the weight -3 steps that’s it -First start little by little ( to focus on building habits ) -Second: You need to be on a caloric Deficit second ( that you enjoy ) -Third: you need to work out to build strength and cardio vascular health My theory: if you take your time when losing weight and you do it right way, you wont have to worry about loose skin and crazy stretch marks ( David Goggins and I are perfect examples ) First Little By Little: -I wasn’t running or trying to deadlift 1000lbs the first day. I downloaded an app called fitbod that gave me a routine for my strength and fitness level. ( and even when it felt easy I would still do it, I’ve came to the gym and came back the next day sour, unless I follow someone else routine) -My little by little was I wanted to go to the gym 5x a week ( today I do 3x a week to maintain the works I’ve built) -But when I did 7x time a week I hated my life -Plus I would also walk 3 miles a day which would take me about 50m-1hr ) Second: caloric deficit ( this is simple to understand, if your body need 2000 calories a day to function and you eat 4000 calories, your body will start to build up a fat storage ) -The heavier you get the more calories you need to keep up that body Third: Exercise and Running for Me -Via working out alone I was going to build muscle but I was going to take a long time to lose weight -So I started to incorporate running which I started out by walking first -Today I run 13miles without stopping in less than 2hours -And I lift heavy stuff but it started with by walking and just going to the gym -My friend did the same I did which was keto at one pount and he lose so much weight but he looks a little scrawny because he has no muscle 3. Mistakes I made and things I did very well Mistakes: -Doing intermediate fasting -Doing keto -Trying to do to much to soon Positive -Tracking calories -Staying consistent -And being patient and adjusting Ps.
