Serves 4 people: -250gr full fat yoghurt -1 TBSP garam masala -T TBSP salt Combine in a bowl and set aside -680gr chicken thighs in chunks Put inside the yughurt marinade for minum 30 mins, but best overnight. -2 tbsp oil Cook the chicken on high heat (in batches to prevent overcrowding!) 2-3 min per side and set aside. -1 onion finely chopped -2 inch ginger finely chopped -6 cloves garlic finely chopped -Salt en pepper -1 TBSP smoked paprika -1 TBSL cumin powder -1 TBSP garam masala -0.5 tsp tumeric powder - 1 can tomato cubes Cook everything but the tomatoes together for a few minutes (in the same chicken pan) and then add the tomatoes and cook together for 5 minutes. Now add the chickies and cook for 5 minutes. -240gr heavy cream and mix together. -Knob of butter Put the butter while keep stirring (for even distrubution) and season to taste with more salt.
