Is John Adairs three-circle model of Action-Centred Leadership out dated? I ask Simon Mann his opinion on this model from the UKs most widely authority on leadership and leadership development in organisations. Mann met Adair when he was at Sandhurst and John Adair became senior lecturer in Military History, and Leadership Training Adviser at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. Adair firmly believes that leadership can be taught, that it does not depend on a person's traits and that it is a transferable skill. In this video I ask Simon Mann, ex-SAS leader, to tell us how he used the three-circles model to lead through change and adversity with purpose in a very practical way.
