If you’re not quite sure what type of vinyl you have, peal up the corner and if the carrier sheet is sticky you have heat transfer vinyl. Some heat transfer vinyl will have a white backing. This just enhances the color and doesn’t make a difference when using the product. One thing you need to remember when using heat transfer vinyl is to reverse your image and when you load your heat transfer vinyl into the machine make sure to put the shiny side with the carrier sheet facing down.
