Here's how you implement the MoSCoW Method, also known as the MoSCoW matrix. ✅ Check out the templates I've created to make your work easy: https://www.insidetheproduct.com/reso... The MoSCoW prioritization framework, also known as MoSCoW method, is probably the easiest prioritization framework to adopt and start implementing, is pretty straightforward and logical. As you can imagine, the more experienced, or senior, you are in your work the better results this framework will produce. This prioritization framework helps you prioritize your ideas in 4 categories that you will use to build your roadmap. Features will be categorized in: ⚠️ Must-have: non-negotiable features. These features will be the core of your value proposition and other features such as those that enable the user to administrate their accounts or purchase the product 💡 Should-have: features that would bring value to your customers but are not part of the core, or don’t need to be part of your MVP (Minimum Viable Product). You can do some if you have time ⏳ Could-have: features that would be nice to have, and might come in future versions. They could be must-have features in the future 🚫 Won’t-have: features that your product will not have. Usually, these features would go against your value proposition or are not valuable for your core audience 00:00 MoSCoW framework 00:46 Must Have 02:30 Should Have 03:32 Could Have 04:48 Won’t Have 06:33 Summary
