As summer is here, for this weeks cake decorating video tutorial I am going to show you how to make a realistic looking gumpaste / sugar sunflower which is perfect to add to your summer wedding or birthday cakes. In the tutorial I show you step by step how to model all the gumpaste petals and create the center of the flower. When making your flower you will need to make 40 individual petals.
