In this video, Navy SEAL Mark "Coch" Cochiolo, talks about plate carriers. He talks about different setups, what he recommends, and how he sets everything up on his own plate carriers. Coch has over 30 years of Naval Special Warfare experience ranging from Special Warfare Operator, Operational Tester, Combat developer, Officer In Charge, Training Officer and Weapons Instructor. Coch has four operational SEAL tours of duty to the Western Pacific (WESTPAC) under his belt and has spent eight years as an assaulter and breacher on the US Navy's tier-one counter-terrorist unit (Naval Special Warfare Development Group) making operational and combat deployments to hotspots in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In Coch's most senior military position he was the Chief Warrant Officer in charge of training and combat systems for forward deployed SEALs in the Middle East out of NSWU3, Bahrain. After retiring, he served as Contract BUD/S instructor responsible for curriculum development and teaching the basics weapons course for all US Navy SEAL candidates. He has trained over 3,500 Navy SEAL candidates in Combat Shooting and marksmanship with the M4 Rifle, Sig 226, Glock 19, MK 48, MK 17 SCAR and 40mm grenade launchers.
