Here we have a dark Cherry Red 1967 Gibson EB-3 which only makes sense with this here tune seeing as the SG style bass was Slades Jim Lea’s bass of choice. This one has had some mods done to it: the Mudbucker is long gone and has been replaced with a tighter and more focused sounding Dimarzio Model One pickup. The Vari-tone has also been removed so it’s more of a traditional set up now. (Two Vol, two tones) It also has an upgraded bridge as well. All these changes away from “All original”also means a better deal for you! It’s now priced currently at $1199.
