Saxophone Repair Topic (Questionable): Replacing The Blue on the Selmer Logo

Saxophone repairman Matt Stohrer of https://www.StohrerMusic.com isn't sure if this is the right way, but it certainly is ONE way you can replace the blue enamel in a Selmer logo if it has come off or been removed. The horn in the video is a Selmer Super Action 80 Series II, and for some reason the blue enamel in the S logo had become soft and peel-y (the rest of the horn had its finish worn unusually as well), so I decided to replace it to it wouldn't just continue to fall off bit by bit. You can see Selmer themselves do it in their manufacturing video here (link should go to 3:30 when they are actually doing it) but I have not been able to duplicate that wiping method, haha:    • Selmer Paris Saxophone Manufacturing   Also, sorry about the blurry bit in the video!
