EGO 56V Gen1 5AH Blinking Red on Charger Fix

In this video we take a look at the second 5AH pack sent in to see what we can learn. This pack indicates solid Green like all is good, however once placed on the charger, the charger 25% light blinks Red. We check all the cell voltage and find an issue. The strange thing is usually packs blink red when a low cell is detected. It is very odd so I wanted to show the find on video. BTW: The 2.5AH that was also sent in as I mentioned is most likely not going to make it to video. It has all good cells which is awesome, but it has a issue with the BMS board. I can put a known good repaired BMS on it and its fine. I did attempt a BMS repair but it came up short, I have had several now with this issue that I cant seem to trace down. The issue with the board is that it lights up solid Green then after a second or 2 goes blinking Red like it has a cell issue. I have checked every component I can think of and still nothing. I have basically decided it may be a issue with the microcontroller on these not reading stable for the cell reference so it goes into error for cell voltage?
