#mentalhealthawareness #arttherapy Project Feel presents: STAGES STAGES is a project that highlights the importance of talking about mental health. We all struggle with coping in our day to day lives, and because of this we wanted to create a safe space where it's okay to be vulnerable through art. This series of photographs and interviews features team members Sarah Elizabeth, Daniela Sofía and Anthony Alvarez as they share their own issues battling anxiety and depression daily. We want to encourage our community to start these conversations and remind you that it is okay to not be okay. Our goal with this project is to show you that it's okay to be open with yourself and those around you. There is always someone willing to lend a helping hand, even if it doesn't feel like so. We're here for you and we love you, don't you forget it. Introducing: STAGE 1 Awareness In this first stage we ask more of the superficial questions about mental health. We named this stage Awareness because it’s the first layer we get to peel off while talking to these 3 individuals; an opener for what will be a deeper conversation later on. Questions: "How are you feeling?" (0:30) "Was there a moment that you realized that your mental and emotional being needed help?" (2:20) "When do you feel the most vulnerable?" (7:21) "What would you say are some of your insecurities?" (10:09) "What's a positive trait of yours that can sometime be viewed as a negative one?"
