The Surge - Repeat Customer Trophy/Achievement Guide (Jo's Quest Line)

Note: I'd like to preface this video by saying that I'm playing on the PS4, so i keep calling it trophies in the video. But you can follow the same methods to get the achievements on Xbox One. In this one I will be showing you how to unlock the Repeat Customer Trophy/Achievement. In order to get this trophy/achievement you will need to find Jo, a broken robot, 3 times at different locations and give it different amounts of scrap each time to complete its quest line. The first time you can encounter Jo is in the Toxic Waste Disposal are of the Central Production B zone. You will have to go through this way as part of the story. There is a door that you will have to open by powering the circuit in the room. Once you enter the door, turn right and Jo will be lying down by metal pipe. Talk to it, and give it 5000 pieces of Scrap. Make sure to do this before you fight the second boss or you will be locked out of this quest. The second time you can encounter Jo is in the Circulation Tower area in the Central production B zone. This is right after you come back from the Resolve Biolabs, and right before you fight the 3rd boss. As you are climbing you way to the top of the tower, you will meet Irina Beckett leaning against a wall beside a doorway. Go inside the doorway onto the other side. Climb the staircase and Jo will be lying beside a metal pipe. This time you will need to give it 10000 pieces of scrap. Make sure to do this before fighting the 3rd boss, or you will be locked out of this quest. Now before you meet Jo, you could potentially steal its weapon at her room. Right after beating the 3rd boss, you will fall into a hole while walking to the next section. You will fall into the start of the Research and Development Area. Follow the path till you come to a stairway, instead head past the stairway into an area where there toxic mist. You will start losing life here. Use your drone to power a circuit. Now activate the console and open the door. Inside there is an item on the desk. Depending on if you give Jo scrap, there might be 3 different items on the desk. Since for this trophy, you have to give it scrap twice, there will be a weapon on the desk. If you pick up the weapon, Jo will get mad. But you can still get the trophy, so go for it. The last time you encounter Jo is in the Exhibition Floor of the Research and Development zone. You will have to come through here as part of the story. After coming out of the tunnel you will have to fight a proteus unit. After dealing with it you will have to open a door and run into another tunnel. Before doing that turn left and you will find Jo under a metal pipe. Now if you didn’t steal its weapon that I showed before this clip, then Jo will be fine and you can talk to it and give it 15 000 scrap to get the trophy. I on the other hand not only stole the weapon, but instead of choosing to give it scrap, I told it that I stole the weapon. It got mad at me and I thought I was locked out of the trophy. If this also happens to you, you can just reload the game by quitting to the dashboard, and reloading the game save. You will spawn in front of Jo. It will still be mad at you, but choose to pay the 15000 scrap and the trophy will unlock. Timeline: 1) Meeting Jo first time (Toxic Waste Management - Central Production B) - 0:00 2) Meeting Jo second time (Circulation Tower - Cenral production B) - 0:53 3) Stealing Jo's weapon (Research and Development) - 2:25 4) Meeting Jo third time and Trophy (Exhibition Floor - Research and Development) - 2:53 Hope this helps, and stay tuned for more!
