We'll take you into the village at the heart of it all and share one of our favorite culinary discoveries: helado de paila. This is an ice cream spun by hand right on the city streets. For the first time, Caspian narrates an entire hike, taking you along with him to visit majestic waterfalls and dangerous river crossings. We loved this area of Ecuador and stayed for several days.
