I'm leaning in to the emerging process of grief at the moment. It is such a profound experience and Im learning so much about life through it. As a human on a journey of emotional awakening into the presence of heart, thought I might share this with you. For me, every moment of life brings a richness that sometimes we miss if we are overcome by emotional reaction. That's not to say some moments of life aren't incredibly tough ... but my heart has an incredible power to take me to the other side, heal the heartache and unlock deeper wisdom that helps me live more fully. It's a way of being that I'm suggesting may serve us more as a species than our traditional method of trying to analyse and sort things out with our head. Emotional awakening is the systematic and thorough approach to freeing your true nature from the bondage of emotional pain. The is the path of empowerment through responsibility.
