even though we didn’t finish first, i am so beyond proud of each and every one of the girls in this boat. to paige, thank you for leading this boat through thick and thin. to susie, thank you for being a supporter when we need it most. to reilly, thank you for inspiring us with your constant drive to improve. to hannah, thank you for being there for me after every practice and race, and being one of my best friends. to ashley, thank you for always bringing a smiling face to practice. to kate, thank you for motivating all of us to be committed for each other. to ava, thank you for helping us see the best in everything, even when it gets tough. to zoe, thank you for making us constantly laugh in and out of the boat. to aylin, thank you for your support through everything on the trip: we truly couldn’t have done it without you and i loved every time i saw you cheering on the path. to vertullo, thank you for everything. we would never have dreamed of being here without you. thank you to everyone who has watched these videos, your support and encouragement means the world to us. although this is technically my final coxing recording, i’ll hopefully be uploading videos to help out coxswains every once and a while :) signing off, dee
