It was originally called 'The Bing Crosby' song because the band decided it sounded like a Bing Crosby Christmas song. This demo appeared on a demo tape alongside the song 'Love Actually' and although it has been on an old bootleg CD, it has only just seen the the light of day. Thank you to   / amdr1997   for sharing this! Hopefully one day, Keane will officially release this version. Of course, they did record a new version of A Heart To Hold You at BBC Maida Vale in November 2004 for BBC Radio 1, which was played during December 2004 on the radio.
