Just made a super quick video on where to find it. Tried to show on map but basically you just head North and Northeast from the start heading up to floor 4, From there head South until you hit stairs for floor 5 and on floor 5 you had Northwest and West through a map wrap around to the 3 chests. I believe the Rosetta stone is in the far right chest but it is definitely one of the three. Hope it helps!
