In this video I will be showing The Otherworld. I would recommend at least level 400 when hunting this spawn as a Paladin. The entrance to this area can move around every 2 hours but using the item Spying Eye will help you locate it. There are many areas you can hunt once inside but just make sure you can find one of the 3 exits! I was able to make 3.6kk-4kk exp/hour on 150% and between 500k-600k per hour profit, not counting the cost of imbues. There are 4 different creatures to be found here that will give you a total of 200 Charm Points if you unlock them all. It will take around 14 hours based off my estimates. This spawn does deal mostly physical damage with a lot of energy and life drain damage as well. I would recommend an Echanted Pendulet, a Gnome Armor or another armor with energy protection imbued like Ghost Chestplate, and Void Boots. For a ring I would probably use Ring of Blue Plasma at this point. If you wanted additional protection though you could use either a Pristmatic Ring which is 10% physical and 8% energy protection or a Ring of Souls which has 2% physical and 10% life drain protection. For a trinket you could either use Bone Fiddle or Moon Mirror. These will probably reduce about the same amount of damage overall.
