Farbeplast - Structurat ist eine auf Methylmethacrylat basierende 2-Komponenten 2K Kaltplastik Fahrbahnmarkierung, die für Strassenmarkierungen vom TYP II Agglomeratmarkierung (stochastische 3-dimensionale Struktur) oder Spotflexmarkierung (Multi-Dot mit symmetrischer 3-dimensionale Struktur) verwendet wird. Agglomeratmarkierungen sowie Spotflexmarkierungen sind TYP II Fahrbahnmarkierungen, wobei aufgrund der vorliegenden Struktur bei Regen das auftretende Wasser von der Markierung abfließt. Ein Großteil der Markierung bleibt an der Oberfläche “wasserfrei“ und die eingestreuten Glasperlen können das eingestrahlte Licht reflektieren. Hierdurch wird eine gute Nachtsichtbarkeit bei regnerischen Wetterbedingungen sichergestellt. Die 2K-Kaltplastik Farbeplast – Structurat kann nur mit spezialisierten Markierungsmaschinen über Extruder verlegt werden Aufgrund der außergewöhnlichen Haltbarkeit der Farbeplast – Structurat (Agglomerate/Spotflex) Strassenmarkierung ist dieses Material empfohlen für Markierungen auf Straßen mit sehr hoher Verkehrsbelastung, wie Bundesstraßen und Autobahnen und überall dort, wo Retroreflektion bei regnerischen Wetterbedingen verlangt wird. -- RO -- Farbeplast Structurat - Spotflex este un produs bicomponent pe baza de metacrilat de metil (MMA), fabricat de Metalbac & Farbe, care poate fi utilizat pentru realizarea de marcaje rutiere de tip spot (structura tridimensionala simetrica). Marcajele rutiere Spotflex sunt marcaje rutiere de tip II, permitand disiparea apei astfel incat microbilele pot reflecta lumina fara obstacole, ceea ce asigura o retroreflexie foarte buna pe timp de noapte si in conditii de ploaie. Datorita durabilitatatii deosebite, materialul bicomponent Farbeplast Structurat - Spotflex este recomandat pentru marcajele rutiere executate in zone cu trafic intens, pe drumuri, autostrazi si acolo unde se doreste obtinerea unui marcaj rutier cu retroreflexie foarte buna in conditii meteo nefavorabile.
