Singapore Airlines and WDA have forged a partnership to award cabin crew members who graduate from the Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) with a nationally recognised certification under the Service Excellence Workforce Skills Qualifications (SV WSQ) framework. The CCRP is now aligned to four modules under the Service Excellence Workforce Skills Qualifications (SV WSQ) framework: - Provide Go-the-Extra-Mile Service - Deliver Service Excellence - Offer Customised and Personal Services; and - Build Relationships with Customers SIA's CCRP is currently one of the most extensive and rigorous cabin crew training programmes in the airline industry. Staff training and development is the cornerstone of SIA's corporate philosophy. The WSQ certification is a significant step forward in providing a nationally recognised training for SIA's cabin crew members as service professionals.
