It's a Slow Cool Program with top temperature at 2195 degrees Fahrenheit held for 10 minutes and then held at 1900 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Most pieces are Plainsman 340 or 340S Stoneware with some 370 White Stoneware!
