ABUS CombiFlex 2501 Super Easy Cable Lock Instructions

Some short instructions on how the Abus 2501 cable lock works. It is very easy to reset the code, but the pictures are a bit obscure. The lock is a three dial combination cable lock with retractable cable. It is good to lock up your bike helmet or saddle pouch so that you do not have to lug it around. The Abus 2501 is very small and light (less than 3oz) and features a grippy coating that works well even when sweaty. Don't use this lock to lock up your bike though except for emergencies! You need a much stronger lock for that. It sells online for $15 - $20 It can be a bargain since it is basically the same lock as the more pricey CombiFlex 201 and 202. The cable is 2" shorter but that hardly makes a difference. The cable is 26" long.
