Shot in August 2022, this is a street walk in the mediaeval city centre and along the Corrèze river, which also gave its name to the department. You will see the cathedral Notre-Dame of Tulle and its cloister. Join me on this city tour and meet the welcoming people of Tulle, called Tullists. Amongst its most famous citizens is François Hollande, the French president from 2012-2017, who was the mayor of Tulles from 2001-2008. Incredibly, the small, rural department Corrèze has produced even a second French president, as Jacques Chirac (president from 1995-2007) held his seat as deputy here. Tulle is located in the central France about an hour’s drive from Clermont-Ferrand.
