神明社公式サイトより 毎年、６月の人形供養祭当日になると所澤神明社には、数多くの人形が集まってきます。お祓いを受け、お焚き上げの神事を経て、ここから旅立っていくためです。 所沢は、人形や羽子板の製造が盛んな「人形の街」でもあります。そこで所沢人形協会( 人形関連の商店や企業で組織) が、昭和50年代から主催してきたお焚き上げ行事が、この人形供養祭の始まりです。 納められた人形は人形殿に奉斎し、心を込めて鎮魂致します。人形殿では、月次供養祭を斎行し、人形の御霊を「形代」へ遷霊致します。「形代」は６月の人形供養祭にお焚き上げ致します。 近年は、所沢、近隣の市町村にとどまらず、関東一円から膨大な数の人形が納められ、供養祭もさらに規模が大きくなってきました。現在は、環境問題を考慮し、人形そのものではなく、人形の御霊を遷した形代をお焚き上げしております。 また、神明社では旧本殿を人形奉斎殿とし、平成13年12月より常に人形を納められるようにいたしました。長年お子様の成長を見守り、身代わりとなって厄災を引き受けてくれた人形を、感謝の気持ちでお納め下さい。 当神社に鎮座される大神様の御神霊により、障ることなく祟ることなく昇霊していただけるように、心を込めて奉仕いたしております。 BGM Mus Mus-BGM-120 初茜　watson From the Shinmei Shrine official website Every year, on the day of the Doll Memorial Service in June, many dolls gather at Tokorozawa Shinmei Shrine. The Doll Memorial Service began with a burning event that the Tokorozawa Doll Association (an organization of doll-related shops and companies) has been hosting since the 1970s. The dolls are enshrined in the Doll Hall, where they are given a heartfelt repose. Monthly memorial services are held in the Doll Hall, where the spirits of the dolls are transferred to "katashiro," which are then burned at the Doll Memorial Service in June. In recent years, a huge number of dolls have been donated not only from Tokorozawa and neighboring cities and towns, but from all over the Kanto region, and the memorial service has become even larger in scale. Currently, in consideration of environmental issues, we do not burn the dolls themselves, but rather the katashiro (storage dolls) to which the spirits of the dolls have been transferred. At Shinmei Shrine, the old main hall has been turned into a doll enshrinement hall, and since December 2001, dolls can be kept there at all times. Please offer the dolls as an expression of gratitude, as they have watched over your children's growth for many years and taken on misfortune in their place. We serve with all our hearts, hoping that the spirit of the great god enshrined in this shrine will be able to ascend to heaven without any hindrance or curse.
