Mahabharatam title song in Telugu Mahabharata is one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient india. It was composed by sage Vyasa. The most important characters of Mahabharata can be said to be Krishna, the Pandavas; Yudhistira, Bheema, Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadeva, Draupadi, the Kauravas (who were a hundred brothers), led by the eldest brother, Duryodhana; the important characters were Bishma, Karna, Dronacharya, Shakuni, Dhritrashtra, Gandari and Kunti. Some pivotal characters who also played a key role are, Subhadra, Vidhura, Abhimanyu, Kripacharya, Pandu, Satyavati, Ashwattama, Amba, etc. #KRISHNA: Lord krishna is a Hindu deity. He is also an major character in epic Mahabaratha. Krishna was born to Devski and her husband, Vasudeva of the Yadava clan in Mathura. During the Kurukshetra war, he became strategist of Padavas and charioteer of Arjuna. At the start of the Dharma Yudha (righteous war) between Pandavas and Kauravas, Arjuna is filled with moral dilemma and despair about the violence and death the war will cause in the battle against his own kin. He wonders if he should renounce and seeks Krishna's counsel, whose answers and discourse constitute the Bhagavad Gita.
