Road to Mandalay is a poem by Rudyard Kipling that was first published in the collection Barrack-Room Ballads, and Other Verses, the first series, published in 1892. read by Charles Walter Dance OBE (born 10th October 1946) who is an English actor, screenwriter, and film director. Dance typically plays assertive bureaucrats or villains.
