Garrett and an "old friend" of his - former Trickster's right hand Viktoria - join forces against the Mechanists. Viktoria asks the master thief to find out what Karras is up to and to find information about the "Cetus Project" her scouts heard about. To do so Garrett needs to break into the Mechanist's prestige building, the tower Angelwatch, where Karras gives a party tonight for the city nobility. Total loot value on Expert/Hard difficulty: 2853 Total loot value on Normal difficulty: 2843 For many players this mission is the best of Thief 2 - but not because of the Mechanist tower Angelwatch that is pretty mediocre but because of the "Thieves' Highway", the roofs of the city quarter we have to take to reach the tower and that provides a lot of nice opportunities for burglary. This also makes Life of the Party to one of the longest missions of the game. I'm playing more or less rapid but not even close to speed-running, mostly as ghost but if someone stands between me and my loot and can't be avoided I won't hesitate to knock him out but no human was seriously harmed during production of this video. However, that doesn't count for undeads, burricks, spiders and other nonhumans... in any case I think the video series works very well as a walkthrough and at the same time as "just for watching" a full playthrough including story without aimless wandering.
