A basic introduction to playing Spirit Island as Ocean's Hungry Grasp. Ocean is a very powerful spirit on the coasts, bringing strong offense, defense, and fear generation to the table. Additionally, they warp the game for control spirits, allowing the Ocean tile to become a dumping ground for invaders. They can struggle with inland lands, but can usually either trade responsibilities with a teammate (taking their coasts in exchange) or sling huge majors to close out a game once the coasts are fully under control. In this video, we focus on a bottom track strategy for Ocean, and pair them with Shadows Flicker Like Flame in order to showcase their multiplayer potential.
