This chilling footage shows the moment American citizens were detained by Congolese soldiers after a failed coup attempt against President Felix Tshisekedi in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In the early hours of Sunday, dozens of armed men wearing military fatigues attacked the presidential palace and the residence of Vital Kamerhe, a close ally of the President, in the capital Kinshasa.
