This class is part 3 of a 7-part Chakra Series. We focus on the Navel Chakra (Manipura in Sanskrit, sometimes called Solar Plexus Chakra), which is located just above our navel. It's our center of personal power, confidence, and drive. Throughout this class we'll focus on poses and practices that activate and release our navel chakra - through core work, twists, and other heat-building poses. The navel chakra is associated with the color yellow, the element fire, self-esteem, and metabolism.
