Testing the 2265 hydraulic log splitter from ‪@SplitFireSalesInc‬ over several months of wood processing. The machine I used can be priced out here: https://split-fire.com/us/log-splitte... The unit I am demoing in this video has a Honda GX200 engine, log lifter add-on, heavy duty 8" tire kit, and 16" hitch extension with 4" drop. Also available are light kit for towing, fenders, and rear utility hitch (for towing something behind the splitter while you tow the splitter). You can also have a log table instead of the log lifter, but the log lifter is worth every penny, I wouldn't ever recommend not getting it. Probably the neatest thing about Split-Fire splitters is the fact that they cut or split firewood in BOTH directions. This saves a ton of time and means you are never standing around waiting for the machine to get ready for you again in order to make your next split. I used this splitter to process most of one whole oak tree that was felled on our property after it showed itself to be unhealthy. Future videos will have us processing another oak tree from the property, towing it on the highway to a friend's house and helping him split with it, as well as other projects down the road.
