Arriving in Kuruman we were surprised to see how busy the town was and how big! It has expanded so much due to the mining activity in the area. We were told about a geological feature which brings water from deep underground which we had to go see. We also visited the Moffat Mission Station just on the outskirts of the town. Unfortunately we were there just after closing time so couldn’t see much but we did see a part of it. We then took a drive through the town and headed to our accommodation whereafter we went out for our evening meal.
