First though, it's time to switch barrels on the Blaser R8 from the mighty 30-06 to the more roe-appropriate .243. With the R8 this takes just minutes, and the gun will then hold zero... Once we've seen how to switch the Blaser R8 barrel, it's time to head out onto the estate for some roe doe hunting! As ever, it's not just a case of locating a deer and shooting it - it takes time, skill and fieldcraft to find a suitable animal, ensure there is a safe backstop, and wait until there are no other animals in the line of fire, all while avoiding detection!
