Much of the population had moved on, but as all flights were subsequently canceled, a small portion remained, hopelessy stranded and awaiting rescue. Most had heard rumors of a creature stalking from the vents, while some others were isolated and left to discover for themselves, that they were being hunted by something. ___________ This is a a standalone scene and prologue to a film currently being worked on.
