This is very basic gunsmithing. If you are new to the CZ 75 platform of handguns or own a CZ 75 clone, then this video will help you do a quick easy spring exchange to reduce the D/A trigger pull from over 10lbs to 5.5lb +/- depending the Hammer/Main Spring you decide to use. If you use anything less than a 13lb spring, you will probably need to use Federal ammunition or reload using Federal primers. I attain 100% ignition with Federal Primers, the 8.5# Hammer Spring with the Extended Firing Pin and reduced power firing pin spring. The trigger on the demo pistol shown in the video has has all the internal trigger components polished. Trigger pull in D/A is 5.2 - 5.6#, single action 2.5# and the trigger is SMOOOOTH. There is a notable difference between the Shadow 2 that hasn’t yet been polished and this one.
