Nougat Candy Recipe Combine mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30-second intervals, pausing to stir mixture, until marshmallows are melted. This should take about three rotations or 90-seconds, possibly more depending on your microwave. Stir mixture to ensure all marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted, the mixture will be fluffy and thick at this point. Add dots and mix to combine. Working quickly, spread the mixture evenly in a wax paper lined 8x8 pan. Press down using plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for best results. Slice with a sharp knife into 1x1” sections. Enjoy!
