Relax and release stress from your day with this calming bedtime yoga practice. This is a beginner friendly practice that includes seated and reclining poses with a focus on calm breaths to help soothe an active mind. The class begins reclined with a hip flexor and hamstring stretch, followed by a lateral side body stretch. Open up the hips with seated butterfly pose. Enjoy a gentle self massage to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. The stretches continue with melting heart, sphinx, neck rolls, bridge and supine twist.
