And where does it come from?' So, I thought it easier to do a quick video to explain. In this video I share with you what serous fluid is, where it comes from and if the fluid that drains out of drains, or fills a seroma, is in fact 'serous fluid'. This fluid is the same that drains after liposuction after 48hrs - before then, it's called 'tumescence'.
