Apologies for the beginning of the video where our footage was unusable from the Marvel hotel but hopefully you can still see most of the reception area and main lobby. If you have any questions regarding the hotel (or any of the Disney hotels at DLP) then ask in the comments and I will get back to you as soon as possible We had planned on having cocktails and dinner in the Marvel hotel, just ordering off the bar menu we had a very small but delicious pizza, chicken wings with a tomatoey marinara sauce and some potato wedges - all very nice. Our drinks however not so nice, Scott said his beer was too fruity and my cocktail had a very strong aftertaste of liquorice which I didn't enjoy. however we love the Marvel hotel and skyline bar and enjoy the scent of the hotel lobby! We walk around to Sequoia Lodge hotel afterwards which is a mountain cabin themed hotel and we love all the aesthetics of the hotel with the trees, wood and stone. Beautiful lobby, shop and a super cosy bar which we cant wait to sit in at Christmas time!! Then we head to Newport Bay which is a beautiful, nautical/beach house themed hotel, the shop here, I think, is one of my favourite shops, we always manage to find the right sizes and unique things in here that we cant find elsewhere. I really want to buy the Mickey Newport statue one day, I'm not sure why we didn't buy it then?! This was taken on our travel day and not a park day so we had plenty of time to walk around and check out all the Disney hotels around Lake Disney. The Disneyland Hotel was still under construction at this time so is not included. We stayed at Hotel Cheyenne the following night so expect to see that in our next video.
