She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, with a concentration in International Relations. Monsoon is also the Vice President of The Dakshana Foundation and has made frequent field trips to Dakshana Scholar homes over the years. She talks to Guy about her upbringing as a child of immigrant parents in the US, as well as how the trips to India for The Dakshana Foundation shaped who she has become.
