Series of photos and videos showing the building process of the 35.75" rubber-powered Hodek HK-101 free-flight model. Built by Tom Hallman in 2016. IG: @hallmanstudio The model came in at 82.77 grams, needed 1.75g of tail ballast, and uses an additional 34.78g of rubber. Each motor is two loops of .187" (3/16") x 34". Gives me 1650-1700 winds and 80-85 seconds or so of motor run with the 10.5" props. All up weight is 119.30g for a wing loading of .51gm.sq.in.
