In this video I make my wife Angela a special dinner and decorate a table for 2 for Valentine's Day. I wanted to keep it with more of a pink theme and used muted colors to accentuate our vintage china by Royal Albert. I then make an arrangement for our table with peonies and roses. This year I make a special dinner for her. I made my version of chicken cordon bleu. To go with our chicken we have asparagus, mushrooms and zuccini squash. This dinner was a big hit and she loved it. A very special gift to my wife to show her how much I love her.
