Here are the breakfast details from this weeks video, hope you all enjoyed, comment down below which one was your favorite :) Breakfast #1: chickpea mash - 1 can of chickpeas - 1/2 purple onion - 1 shredded carrot - 1/2 or 1 whole avocado - 4 small ribs of celery - 1tsp tahini - Drizzle of olive oil - Spices: cumin, paprika, salt, & pepper Banana & strawberry smoothie - 1/2 a banana - 3 strawberries - Large handful of spinach - Fresh almond milk ( recipe on my instagram @amaltamimiii) - Optional: dates, cacao nibs, peanut butter, etc. Breakfast #2: Poached eggs - 2 eggs - avocado seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil - Medium sized pot filled with boiling water to poach the eggs Breakfast #3: Savory crepes - 2 eggs - Vanilla extract - 1 cup whole milk - 1 cup sparking water - 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour - Pinch salt - 1 tsp sugar - Butter/oil for cooking (I used avocado oil) - Filled the crepes with: sautéed spinach, 2 scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, pickled onions, avocado, tomatoes, salt, pepper, balsamic glaze, siracha sauce) Breakfast #4: Banana pancakes - 1 banana - 1 egg - Vanilla extract - 1/2 cup oat flour - 1/2 tsp baking soda - Salt - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - Splash of almond milk (roughly 2 tablespoons) - Avocado oil for cooking - Peanut butter & berry compote for topping Berry compote - Chopped strawberries & blueberries - Maple syrup - Lemon juice Breakfast #5: Overnight oats - 1/4 cup oats - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1/4-1/2 a banana - Cinnamon - Pinch of salt Chia seed pudding - 1 tbs chia seeds - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1 tsp honey layer the overnight oats, chia pudding, and add berry compote & peanut butter Breakfast #6: Egg in-a-hole - 1 or 2 slices of toast (depends on size) - 2 eggs - Salt and pepper - Avocado - Pickled onions Breakfast #7: Chocolate sweet potato muffins - 1 cup sweet potato puree ( around 1 medium size & 1 small potato) - 2 eggs - Vanilla extract - 1/4 cup avocado oil - 1/4 cup milk - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1 cup almond flour - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 cup cacao powder - Crushed pecans - Semi-sweet Chocolate chips makes a dozen 🤍SOCIALS Instagram ➪ / amaltamimiii Pinterest➪ / amalsaheb VSCO ➪ https://vsco.com/amalsphotodiary 💌BUSINESS EMAIL: [email protected] Music: Music by Chinsaku - Cozy - https://thmatc.co/?l=FAE6E8B9 Sub count : 162 what I eat in a day, what I eat, recipes, meal ideas, lunch, breakfast, breakfast recipes
